Service Agreement (Terms of Service)

Customer Acknowledgment.

Customer hereby acknowledges that Customer has read and fully understands the following terms and conditions which shall be deemed a binding part of Customer’s contract with Pristine Whips Detailing for mobile detailing services. Customer further acknowledges that these terms and conditions are a material inducement for Pristine’s agreement to enter into a contract with Customer for said services.

Pristine Whips Detailing Estimates, (“Pristine”) is an auto detailing company that comes to you! You agree that the prices are subject to change and the price to be paid is calculated on-site after a service pro confirms all services, vehicle types, and any add-ons.

Any price estimates are based on

prior experience, without an inspection, and based on information provided by the Customer.

If, at the commencement or during the course of providing the Service, it is apparent that the actual cost of the Service will exceed the quote provided by Staff , They will provide the Customer with the option to pay an increased fee to complete the service or pay the quoted amount without the service being completed.

Complaints/Guarantee

You agree to inform Pristine within 48 hours if you are dissatisfied for any reason with the Service provided. You agree to choose one of the next 3 available days for a free re-detailing. Re-detailing must be completed within 7 days from the time of initial service.

All outstanding balances must be paid before a scheduled re-cleaning can be booked.

Extreme Vehicle Condition

You agree if Staff deems your vehicle to be in extreme vehicle condition our Clean Pros will not be able to fully detail your vehicle to our normal standards in our allotted appointment time and that the service price will increase based on the conditions of the vehicle.

Services Not Covered

• Removal of seats from vehicle. ($150) Charge to remove seats

• Clean up of bodily fluids ($100 charge if we do).

• Headliner ($50)

• Undercarriage. ($50)
