Appointment Booking & Card on File
To secure your spot on our schedule, we require a valid card on file at the time of booking. This ensures your appointment is reserved and allows us to enforce our cancellation policy fairly.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens—we get it. However, to honor the time we’ve set aside for your detail:
Notice of cancellation or rescheduling must be provided 24–48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Failure to provide timely notice will result in a $40 cancellation fee, charged to the card on file.
This policy allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and offer open slots to other clients who may be waiting.
Late Start & Walk-Up Appointments
Appointments that begin after 4:00 PM—whether due to a late arrival or walk-up without prior scheduling—will incur a $40 late fee. This policy helps us maintain a timely and efficient schedule for all clients.
Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full upon completion. We accept major credit cards, cash, and online payments through our secure portal.
Liability Disclaimer
While we take utmost care with every vehicle, Pristine Whips Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage or items left in the vehicle during service.
